Urabasa is a mountain range in northern Spain, in the region of Navarra. Shaped plateau is an outstanding natural area. Its vast forests of Beech and esplanades give a special charm. On the plains can be seen riding herds of wild horses, as well as sheep and cows. One of his most spectacular is the balcony of Pilate, who is the vorde of the plateau.

Urbasa was declared a natural reserve in February of 1997. The park covers n area of 21.408 hectares made up mainly of beech and mountain pastures. With an average altitude of 835 meters above sea level, in this park you can see several herds of animals living in freedom. In the park there are also some prehistoric monuments. Its most famous place is the balcony of Pilate.
- You can walk freely in the park except for some closed areas.
- Take care with road through the park, is very common to
find animals walking by it.
